PCP
This is a four-month programme aimed at providing broad-based functional knowledge and skills to persons newly deployed to the HR function.
The programme covers the following functions:
* Recruitment, Selection, and Management
* Performance & Reward Management
* Industrial & Employee Relations
* Organizational Change Management
* Employee Learning, Training & Development
.
The Institute runs the programme in the first three functions only.
Programme holds every Saturday from the commencement date.
Payment is in two instalments with interested candidates paying 50 per cent (or N75,000) at commencement
Date: This programme will commence on Saturday, April 11, 2009
Time: 10.00 a.m. – 4.00 p.m. (Saturdays only)
Fees: N150,000.00 (payable in 2 instalments only) (Application Form N2,500.00)
Venue: CIPM House, Ikeja-Lagos
Payment for all these programmes should be made in bank draft, latest by the first day of the programme to the CIPMN.
