APCP

This programme was introduced in 2005 to facilitate the conversion of members in the grades of Graduate and Affiliate to the professional grade of Associate.

Graduate and Affiliate members are often persons perceived to have limited experience in HR, coupled with their educational background in diverse fields. Therefore, the APCP will equip them with extensive knowledge in core HR competencies under a relaxed, friendly but interactive learning atmosphere.

The APCP is in 3 modules and will run for two days each month over a period of three months.

Due to the intensive nature of this programme, attendance is compulsory at all the sessions.

There will be evaluation of participants at the end of the three modules of the programme.

The National Secretariat will hold two editions of the programme in 2007.
