There are
CIPM Branches across Nigeria, where Personnel
Practitioners meet in pursuance of the Institute’s
objectives of promoting and developing the science
and practice of personnel management in all
its ramifications.
Each branch has its executive members that direct
and coordinate the affairs of their Branch.
There are in addition, groupings of practitioners
at zonal levels called the Personnel Practitioners
Consultative Association or PPCA.
Members belong to a branch, usually electing
to join the branch in the area in which they
live; although any member may belong to any
branch of their choice.
