This is one of the new products of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria. It was borne out of the need to ensure that Human Resource practitioners have a solid knowledge base in the core functions which they carry out daily.

Course Objectives

Each course on the certification programme of the Institute is designed to offer rich, practical and detailed learning, which should enhance the core competencies of participants, and furnish new entrants to Human Resources with wide sound and able to use knowledge base in the competences being offered.

At the end of the six month-certification programme, participants will carry out their duties with confidence and offer sound professional counsel to management on HR management issues.

Participants can attend only one of the three programmes as they shall all run concurrently.

• The Conduct of Performance Appraisal

• Managing Post-Appraisal Outcomes

Fees: N 120,000.00 (payable in 2 installments only)
