Members who were inducted via the Professional Examination route can apply for their transcript by submitting the required documents listed below:
- 1. Application letter requesting for the transcript (the content of the letter should include the address where you want the letter sent to).
- 2. Evidence from the school/organization requesting for the transcript.
- 3. A copy of your certificates (Associate and Diploma/Professional Certificate in Human Resource Management)
- 4. A copy of your CIPM admission letter.
- 5. Copies of your CIPM results.
- 6. Evidence of up-to-date annual dues payment.
- 7. Evidence of courier and admin charges as applicable (please refer to table below).
